it looks like they have just gone into a trading halt for a capital raise - the issue CE1 has is the level of debt tbh i would exit my position asap not financial advice but i think the way they have handled the cr is pretty shifty
they try pump the sp as much as possible with a very good investor presentation then BOOM CR - i reckon CE1 will sink like a stone based on that. It is similar if not a bit worse then how brk handled the last CR. im not sure on the ins and outs of the CR but if i was a shareholder i'd be heading for the door asap bcuz it will be under 100m market cap by next month
