BM is a wholly owned subsidiary of BRK. The BM team are on the ground operational arm of BRK.
Their extensive expertise enables BRK to find the land opportunities, negotiate leases, execute on strategy, manage the drilling, complete wells…the list goes on.
BM are key to the success of BRK. Without BM BRK would probably not have found the SWISH assets.
