BRKOB are options. They give you the option to convert each unit to a full share for the price of 1.1c. So if you buy 1000000 units, you will need to pay up $11k ( plus the cost of the option ) to convert these to shares on or before the end of JUNE. Otherwise you can sell them on the open market before, or let them expire, in which case you loose your initial investment
