I don't know how many times this has to be said. Companies like 88e SP thrive on the idea that they will stumble across MONSTER reservoirs worth hundreds of millions if not billions. Thats why the SP rises so quickly when nearing an ANN on a project and falls back just a quick when its a bust. The value is in the unknown.
BRK is different. We can map out best and worst case scenarios for each well, and therefore approximate profits in the near to medium future.
It will be a slow grind as profits start coming in. DP history does not help either i imagine.
