The lower it goes the less likely people will convert. Then CPS will get to buy all the shortfall stock up to $9.25 million. Then they run it to 2c+ and make out like bandits….again.
Saw this happen on AVR late last year. The options had a strike of $8 while the stock was trading at $8. The underwriters scooped it all up and ran it straight to $16 within days of the options expiring. It’s currently at $23.
