furthermore looking past any speculation i am not disagreeing we will 're-rate' and more good news is still to come things are going well.

i think a buyback is more likely then a dividend as there are too many SOI and a buy back would probably be a more meaningful way to boost SP. but it probably wont happen till we have 6 or more wells pumping or unless we 'sell' some land for premium which would be a nice boost for all holders.

i would love a nice juicy 100m or so boost in the sale of a part of the land which if half was used in buy backs and half reinvested in the company would essentially be able to buy the bulk of the companies Market cap back making all shares held by holders WAYYYY more valuable
