Cheerleading is just as bad as down ramping. Cheerleading can suck people into thinking it's better then it really is. At least guys like Danpech and the professional provide specific data etc and it's up to individuals to analyse that.
Compared to other stocks at least this forum is pretty
honest. The consensus seems to be that BRK have the right people in place operationally, that management essentially sold there soul for short term pain/long term gain for retail holders and there is a great unknown as to what the future holds with regards to selling land or continue drilling or even takeover.
If you invest knowing all this then you're not likely to sell each time it drops and that's better for all of us imo
