At the end of the day, management exists to create shareholder value. This team is hitting goals through their BAU program, however, that is not translating into shareholder value, at least not yet. I am happy to give the team another 3 months, after which, perhaps its time to vote in a new team to get the job of value generation done.
As all of us have observed, these guys need help in being strategically transparent in a manner that rationally demonstrates the path to SP growth. honestly its not much to ask, if you have a leadership team that is able to balance strategy, market engagement and BAU performance.
