let's start here... what on earth does the amount of SOI have to do with anything. if there was a 100/1 consolidation what would you say then?
and, let's move on ... should we expect cashflow before the wells are drilled. Is that how business works? would you rather see one well being drilled and a smaller operation for 90 mil market cap ? seriously. you have sellers regret? maybe model up some future cashflows and come back and make some sense.
