Are you serious? The management team run this on the sniff of an oily rag. You've invested I presume on the basis of the the business plan they are executing which is unique by way of exposure unless you're trading Canadian or US markets. Yes there have been decisions I wasn't happy with but can you ever always be happy with every decision someone else makes in life/business? The share price is in the craphouse (for now) but the business has never been in a more advantageous operational point in its history nor had such a favourable macro environment to be operating in. What are you proposing by way of change?

Another poster wants to "sell the land for $400-500 million". Pie in the sky figures for the business as it now stands.

Posters need a reality check. Understand what you're in & make reasonable comments based on fact rather than hyperbole and you might not get ridiculed & on attacked.
