Morning, is not out of the normal for board members across the asx to have affilation with and be part of other companies.
There will or should be Corporate Governance procedures in regards to cross overs and conflicts of interest.
BM is a subsidiary of Brookside Energy with 50% ownership. @danpech and @TheProfessional have covered this in depth including arrangements in payments, working interests and BRK having rights to profits earned by BM in the process.
