yes, i was thinking it, then someone posted and it sat with me. I then read @danpech post, and it just made more and more sense, that is what was happening.
Negotiating with US Oil co's is no walk in the park. They are as cunning as foxes and weasels and they can use their power to be brutal - like working behind the scenes making it hard for you to even get service from contractors. BRK is currently eating a part of the bears lunch. And rest assured, the bear is not too happy about it and wants it back asap without having to pay too much. Thats the game.
