usually the assessment leads people to believe that the company will require a cap raise, where by the evil broker is suppressing to get a bigger chunk of the pie. Not the case here so....

In reality oil is coming out of vouge and we haven't got a rig booked for the next exciting installment yet. People are getting bored that we haven't got the chance of a "company making" announcement on the horizon as yet, (which in my opinion isn't necessarily true). All the while we are still printing money and with the price of oil falling we may have the opportunity to lock in a rig a little cheaper. Either way slow and steady.
