Investor Presentation is a guide for people to make an informed decision about investing. It's not gospel (as demonstrated by BRK) but it also needs taken seriously by those who are presenting it.
There is a reason there are more sellers than buyers for BRK.
As for DP being invested. That's always an interesting one.
If he didn't convert his options the SP would have tanked even further because people would have jumped
ship.
He's in the same boat as us so I'm not patting him on the back for doing the only thing he could do lol.
