I think it was all the CR to their mates and in my opinion it was known that they would flip the shares. Solely on management decisions. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but a loan would have been much better even at a higher rate. That way we would not have had a doubling of the soi. Even a raise without the free option would have been much better. All the rush to get cash to drill wells and now we don't have permits to drill more wells, management again. It doesn't look like we will have a producing well before christmas, again management doing. Setting a plan, oh not a plan just a few thoughts put on paper for fun, management or lack of again. Had high hopes for this company when I first invested 18 months ago.
