Full blown conspiracy?
sell down to cause panic, keeping the price the low, while you slowly accumulate enough shares for a hostile takeover.
My best bet is someone with a lot of shares wants/wanted out. 1.4c was their minimum, but when volume slowed they set 1.3c as their new minium target.
Anyone able to validate if any shares have been sold at 1.2c? See a lot if talk about 1.25 only
