Now to say what I actually wanted to say.
Who has oversight on capital raising deals? Might not be an issue with larger companies, but small caps with small management teams, we would be fools to think that no MD or CEO has ever stuck a bad deal for the SH because they are getting a reach around from their mates at the fund.
Surely these deals where our position is diluted significantly, stock value is effected significantly or if it just doesn't pass the sniff test, to that should be subject to some auditing.
Now to say what I actually wanted to say. Who has oversight on...
