MY OPINION/GUESS ONLY
Not necessarily a bad thing but I wouldn't rule out a CR. SHE would have to raise more cash to acquire WI or participate in any future well drill. More shares would still have to be issued to fund WI that can then lead to increased cashflows. On its journey to generating impressive cashflows, some dilution is expected except a well yields unprecedented flow rates.
BRK is already talking to interested parties for Rangers and Flames. If SHE wants to participate, they will have to cough up the money.
