Buyback is my preferred option..... consolidation from past history (and experiences) doesn’t always work in Shareholders favour. For example, I have experienced my 100 shares @ $1.00 don’t always equate to the same $100 holding afterwards.... but having said that consolidation is a rinse and repeat scenario when start ups need to continually raise new capital whereby they issue new shares. I believe we (BRK) have progressed beyond this point therefore the buy back scenario to reduce shares on issue is more logical. My second and preferred option to increase shareholder value (the SP) is for the constant selling @ A$0.012 - A$0.013 to simply stop! How can we expect the SP to gain any positive traction with the constant sellers or seller at these levels.... and why would an investor drive the price up at the moment?
Good Luck All
