"lackluster" performance..... you measure a company's performance by it's share price? Ridiculous. Hardly a KPI..
the company's performance has objectively been excellent. I can't see any operational downside or lag at all, sure we are waiting for a sale to validate to the market that the buisness model works. But in the meantime the oaklahoma crew have been kicking goals on the operational and leasing front imo.
