What 'neighbourhood' of value would you determine the land at?
I ask this ignorant of the neighbours and what BRK are doing, but as. quoted by Stockswami ; RedBluff & Bricktown Energy were looking for up to 500mln for their sale of land and assets but got less. Also ; they had 80k net acres 17k boped compared to BRK and some ridiculous valuations I've seen people post here
