The thing is, it's an actual piece of research (thanks @danpech for sharing) which shows its work as to why it came to the conclusion it did.
As opposed to most of what's posted here, which isn't falsifiable because it isn't analysis.
Thus, there's no pinch of salt needed. The NPV on page 7 is a spreadsheet where all the assumptions are visible, if you think any of the modeled assumptions are off just call them out with what you think they should be.
