Agree, front page doesn't look great but BRK can't be responsible for the Com Sec process that has allowed this to occur... that's my point.
If all one looks is the front page of things then the whole world will slip one by.
Having said that, I don't think the "overpaid" advisors should be all over Com Sec, but a friggen detailed research piece with some insight surely isn't too much to ask from the mob getting 120k a year on retainer. It's not as if they aren't capable of writing one up... or is it?
