Good question. although 120m would be extraordinarily cheap.. My guestimate based on NPV and heavily discounted for a sale was in the order of 400m.. The Prof and Dan suggested was not unreasonable.. But then would they sell the full package or sub-lease.. or go into partnership to develop the wells for significant future cash flow? and how much would they really give back via Capital return? I think previous - Sell 50% for 200m, with 100m capital return (.02 cents per share) would be a better scenario.. that way - immediate return for us long suffering BRKheads..and the SP would also be re-rated significantly at the same time as the equal value of the Swish sale is retained..
