I would say, with such a huge potential return to share holders, the fairest way is trading halt, announcement with reasonable qualifying period, all current orders cancelled, then restart trading. When (and as you say not "if") such an event occurs, the market must finally understand what this company is about. I doubt we would ever return to our current share price, in fact I would bet my b..ls on that.
