I'm not even optimistic enough to hope for a full land sale. Just something to indicate that the business model is actually functional. Hell if we need to take the leap to become an small scale producer I'm totally fine with that. DP just has to say "we plan to alter the model to become a small scale producer and will aim to return a 10% of profits to shareholders over the next financial year". (in the form of buybacks ideally)
I mean if we can acquire a DSU annually this might even become a functional little company. Who knows?
