I would think 3-4 cents return to capital may be a little ambitious... I'd think at whatever price they can secure that they would retain most of it for expansions and distribute maybe 1 cent per share as a token reward for shareholders..
The bigger question is... Are they even willing to sell off Flames/Bruins/Jewell combo? Future cash flow would see a stable income and allow them to lease / drill and flog off the smaller parcels.
My guess would be a Rangers or Bradbury sale first up.
