Changed sentiment from buy to hold.

Story has changed for brk. I have been reading through the comments and many so called loyalists are still defending brk. Brk is not able to utilize 3rd pillar which they promised and main reason behind this is their inability to sell the land.
Loyalists here have now their tone changed. According to them now, 3rd pillar is also about getting monetized. It doesn't matter if you do it by acerage sale or by having more wells

if 5 wells can't bring the sp up how would 20 wells would do?

Management has not even once addressed this situation apart from saying we feel sad about sp.

They have not revealed their plan going forward. If they have so much money in the bank why buy back is not a option at market price.

Anyone new here, my suggestion is to thread very cautiously. DP knows what he is doing. He is associated with two companies drawing good amount of salary and keeping his mates happy at cps.
