Lack of transperency... understating the companies value, showing no real interest in investing or supporting the SP... doing the same old thing
as said a while ago ... look for the low ball management, advisor, Black M etc buy out...
Franky if it was 2 I would take it today ..burnt out even if I think the firms got good value and dreams were no sale till 6 only 8 months ago ...
