Filings are applications for DSU, spacing exemption, drill location and pooling... once they get those approved then they apply for a drilling permit. BRK achieved the majority acreage position in Bruins in November which is why they said they have gained another DSU. This just needs to be approved through the above permits. They will be approved as their acreage position means no one else will have enough acres to compete for operatorship which means they will be able to pick up the unleased outstanding land from those that will not want to participate ( by paying for their share) in the well.
Court process in on going but hearing dates are close... may/ will get the usual protests from those trying to leverage themselves to a better deal.
