Does anyone care to comment on the upcoming AGM agenda and more specifically Resolution 3 - Renewal of Proportional Takeover Provisions. Given we are also waiting on news about an independent reserves certification, a buyback would seem to be the least significant of the most recent announcements. Maybe I'm just reading into things too much.
