They are essentially taking a wait and see approach at the moment. Believe they are both seeing what neighbours are doing in nearby acreage and how commodity prices go.
How management chooses to progress will likely be different depending on different factors.
This is them being "flexible" and trying to get the best possible roi depending on various factors and possible interests from third party's.
