It's not about anything other than buying back as many shares for as little as possible. Would not be surprised to see the price fall if the order at 0.015 gets sold through. It's better for true shareholders longterm that the company buys as cheap as possible, only traders will benefit from them pushing the price higher. Anyway let's see what happens.
