The company has a timeframe for the buyback of 6 months (patience). The company directors will be keen to see the buyback increase the share price as they are heavily invested in this company. Obviously, from their personal wealth perspective, they want the share value to increase, not decrease (they have said as much that they are disappointed with the share price (that it did not move with significant news). They know the "real" value hence the buyback. GLTA
