this will move when one or more of the following occurs:
- someone lobs a bid for it:
2. when there is a prospect of dividends.
- in part or
- whole,
3. when we have the next oil price spike.
Company share buy back helps reduce the amount of undervalued equity lying around, which will help amplify the move.
They've done 20% so far, they should hurry up and finish it before the next price catalyst hits.
