Stop believing that Monetisation even would happen. I believe few months back some fanboys even called me out for saying monetisation.
They believe that we are generating value to the sp and shareholders by having more horizontal wells. Some even pointed that," Brk never said monetisation through acerage sale. It can be anything. By consolidation, by having more wells ,by buy back ."
Can someone tell me when is it going to happen?
Or is it happening now?
Everytime I hear this excuse of being debt free ompany, printing money. When are they going to deliver on sp?
I am afraid , twinturbocell had been right all the time.
In his discussion with danpench he had mentioned, no one is going to buy their acerage and horizonal wells are not sustainable.
He gave the example of freedom on American stock market stating it went bankrupt due to this horizonal well strategy.
To which , we had stated that we are not going to develop all. We would be limiting ourselves to 3-6 wells and then Monetisation would happen.
Dp killed the momentum by giving freebies as options. In Redfork , it was due to debt, here liquidation.
I am not ranting or anything. I would be happy to take 15-20% losses and runaway.
Changing sentiment to sell.
