Who would've thought, reinvesting your entire profit generated over a window of good oil prices (plus the proceeds from highly dilutionary raises over the last few years) all back into high cost / high decline wells would be a good idea? Their highest production period is now when prices are the lowest. And you want a re-rate upwards?
