someone wants the 0.012 to be seen the price Ie 0.0125 trade. someone puts a small amount through at 0.012 .. if only it was a long term investor scooping up shares. or us buying back at 0.0125 or heck. it's so cheap. why not scoop up at 0.013 ... ?? why not indeed. got to be better than 0.05pct pa we are getting on our bank account !
