Like many here I am disappointed with the lack of urgency by which CPS are acquiring stock through this buy back. I think we all think the price won't stay this low for long.
I am seeking to contact the company with the support of 5% of shareholders to review their strategy and to consider a timeline of holding an SGM to increase the approval for buyback to 20%.
If you're broadly in agreement with this and have a decent holding (0.5% or more) I'd like to collaborate with you in drafting a letter to David. @danpech @BerserkWarrior @Chillicop I think you guys have decent holdings?
