it might be a better use of cash than the buyback, i mentioned this earlier. They will need cash for drilling though. I am curious if hypothetically they were to give a 0.1 cent dividend approx cost $4,500,000 to the company, do the directors get their dividend on the shares they 'own' even though they have yet to pay for them?
