The main interest I see in the POSCO Ann is:

It is signed,

It appears to be sealed,

But not yet delivered,

After being delivered, (via Escrow) this is may be seen as the legal follow-through of the deal that may influence the Insto’s into purchasing Galaxy shares?

There may be further details that may or may not be added to the cash such as the joint, (Galaxy and POSCO) future milling processes and operations?

I may be corrected on the above however, it may not be just $280,000,000 there may be more to be included?
