Forecast itself is massive generalization.
When you say: We gonna need x amount of lithium in 2025.
It's just a best guess based on current trends, assumptions, etc.
Change any variable and you can use it for wiping a..
Just like forecasts on price, production costs and revenue from mining @ Mt Cat from end of 2017-2018.
Variables have changed thus that forecast is only good for a... wiping in an emergency.
It was true then but the test of time made it useless.
So is the MS report from 2018: a lot of variables changed and so will the forecast from MS change with variables.
