Still waiting for Rivian to come out... and must admit the more I see and hear of cybertruck the more I like it.
Watched an engine restore for an old '50 Dodge truck where they pulled the engine apart... the number of parts alone reminded me why we need to shift.
People go on and on about heavy battery packs... but geebus... those old engines combined with the transmission weigh a shiteload as well and unlike the battery packs raise the centre of gravity up and too the front.
Also, if the battery in the family car(s) can be used when not in use as a pseudo Tesla power wall it will be a big plus.
I'd rather the SP be higher but it does open up the chance of buying again when I assumed the opportunity to top up had passed. Amazing how many are telling us we should have sold out 6+ months ago... sure takes a stroke of genius to work that out with 20/20 vision.
