Wow, how mature of you to not understand that the realities of mining mean that things might happen or not happen for a range of reasons.
Some of these reasons are often outside of the control of the company or team that is responsible for the work. That is reality.

You call it excuses, that is your failing, and clearly highlights your lack of experience with such activities and operations.

By the way, calling someone “full of shit” when they are simply noting that there COULD well be very reasonable circumstances to vary/delay the pond lining schedule, just further illustrates your simplistic analytical capability and obvious lack of industry knowledge.
