GXY dont need the other Technologies they trialed because their "Brine is of the highest quality in the area" according to S.Hay.

Because of impurities in other Company's Brine they could/need to use other new? Techs. GXY does not have to use the Techs which were "greater water and energy intensive" also.

You gave an example in another post(yesterday) that uses a 75% JV Partner scenario for SDV. Wasn't the Partner always going to be a minority stake holder, as they are looking for now.

Now GXY(S.Hay) also states in the latest Project Update "GXY doesn't need a Partner (for SDV) but the preference is to take one".
Talk about hedging your bets with wording if GXY cant secure a "suitable" Partner!
