As a S.H. you own a tiny piece of a company, you are not the owner.
For E.G , if you have shares in an airline, as a shareholder, do you have the right to tell the pilot how to fly the plane?
The pilot , Martin Rowley flys the plane according to the directions of, the real owner of the Company, for he orchestrate's what direction the plane flys, when it takes off and when it lands.
This Co will continue to Fly in the same way, while A.T is control,
And if you think he has stepped aside to let Simon give the directions , it will only be at his say so.
So technically A.T. doesn't own GXY, but he does.
I understand this, and accept this, and I understand my small position in this Co as a shareholder
