Setting aside fear of change/desire for stability, can anyone here actually provide a single compelling reason for retaining MR and PB? What exactly do those two bring to the table that couldn't be achieved by some fresh blood?
I'm not looking for all the things that could go wrong, they've been laid out in detail already. I'm looking for evidence of the positives that they actually bring to the company, something that would actually justify their retention.
I'm more than happy to reconsider my own voting position, but I have not seen any reason to retain MR and PB other than fear of change.
