    Maybe taken out of context, but Stuttgart, the Detroit of Germany, apparently is banning diesel vehicles as early as next year:

    Not the whole country, but major cities in Germany, due to the high level of NOx in the air.
    Also not all ICE vehicles, but mostly diesel vehicles.

    There is also a reference there for 2025 for other European cities.
