Horrible start to the day but the ASX is recovering now and tomorrow is another day.

I can understand people's frustration, and saying things like "argh, the SDV deal probably won't boost the SP"...

But I think it is very important not to lose sight of how big the SDV deal is.

As I said, the announcement of the POSCO deal put a good 65c on the SP in an instant.

And, all the POSCO deal meant was a one-off bucket of cash and a de-risking of SDV.

The SDV deal, on the other hand, will likely lock-in a DECADE of cash flow. Think about that.
