    I don't think ALB would have brought anything else of value to the table, which is a bit of an AT prerequisite by all accounts...

    So my guess is, when they got their SDV rejection news, they went with "option no.2", lol.

    Imo, more likely to have always been FMC / Livent offering us cash for SDV than ALB anyway.
